Who am I?
👩🏻💻 I am Chi - A product Designer for Employee Engagement software.
Why am I doing what I am doing?
🤯 I started exposing myself to the design industry almost 3 years ago. The first year in my early career taught me how to fight aggressively for my work and resile in a combative environment.
Moving on with my current company, I have been pushed to go out of my comfort zone to dive deeper into a proper design process if I want to climb fast and firmly on the design ladder.
